What kind of PDFs can I upload?
Any gallery preview: fair sales lists, viewing-room exports, PDF catalogues. Vitryne reads every page and pulls out each work.
Do you use my works or prices to train AI?
No. Your previews stay private to your workspace and are never used to train models.
Where is my data stored?
Your catalogue and documents are stored in the EU, and each workspace is fully isolated. To extract a PDF we send it to our AI providers (Google, Anthropic), which may process it outside the EU on no-training terms. See our privacy policy.
What does Vitryne capture for each work?
Artist, title, year, medium, dimensions, edition, reference and price, plus provenance notes, and a clean image of the work without the printed caption on top.
Can I export my catalogue?
Yes. Export to Excel and Artlogic, and download a presentation PDF of any selection.
